BERLIN '2002 / BESKIDEN STÜCK
Both performances are the artist’s reaction
to the political realities in the countries where they were presented.
In case of Berlin ‘2002 it was Grzybowski’s first visit
to Berlin after the fall of communism and 20th anniversary of his first
performance in Germany.
Beskiden Stuck was performed almost exactly on the anniversary of the
introduction of communism as well as on the anniversary of the imposition
of martial law in Poland.
